Features
Overwhelmingly low ON resistance, unequaled by any other ESC.
To the higher level of the ESC's basic performance
"How can we transmit battery power directly to the motor?" One factor to consider is the low level of ON (loss) resistance. The RAPIDA Series has achieved one half or lower ON resistance as compared to conventional competition class ESCs, even at the actual measurement value level.
The basic performances required for the ESC, such as top speed, fuel efficiency, and torque, have been further improved. In addition, the A.G.C.S. further reduces noise from both hardware and software aspects, and it improves the energy efficiency phenomenally as well.
Users can make up their own favorite ESCs. "High-impact power," "Smooth run," "Torque curve," and so on are typical expressions used to describe the features of the ESC. It is a frequency, or a cycle of ON/OFF of an electric signal corresponding to throttle openings, that decides these output characteristics. Low frequency contributes to "High-impact power," and high frequency contributes to "Smoothness." By freely changing the frequency, you can make your ESC suited to your motor, vehicle type, and running course. In addition to the frequency change available in a maximum of 200 steps, the RAPIDA Series allows adjustment of not only forward run (driving) but also the brake and neutral brake (depending on the model). In other words, the user obtains essentially 200 kinds of ESCs on the drive side alone. Moreover, neither a personal computer nor an external input device is needed to change the settings. The RAPIDA Series is a dream ESC that helps the user find the best point while running a car in a course.
